What is included in the price?
Every letter from offer to separation, generated from the employee record. Onboarding that collects and verifies Aadhaar, PAN and bank details. Payslips with EPF and ESI calculated to the ceilings, and no professional tax line, because Haryana does not levy it. Attendance through Atndnz: QR at the premises, GPS for field staff, biometric sync where a machine exists, free with a paying account. Leave with one approving manager. A guided policy builder, POSH included. Form 16 at year end. Pre-Hire resume screening when a vacancy floods the inbox. Full and final settlements with reference IDs.
The list is short on purpose. Tools priced for bigger companies bundle appraisals, expense claims and org charts that a 25 person Rohtak firm pays for and never opens. Is there really no setup fee?

Rs 50 per employee: who counts as an employee?
Active employees on your payroll that month. Someone who exits stops counting, so the bill tracks your real headcount rather than a contracted slab.
Can we switch between the two pricing models?
Yes, and most firms do it in that order: start on pay per document for letters, then move to the subscription when monthly payroll and attendance move in.
What is deliberately missing from Offrd, and why?
Appraisal cycles, OKRs, expense claims, helpdesk and asset modules. Firms under 100 people rarely finish configuring them, and leaving them out is what keeps the price at Rs 50. If you need those, a larger suite is the honest recommendation.
How do the 50 free credits relate to the rupee prices?
Credits are the trial currency: document generation draws on them, an onboarding uses 15. When they run out you choose, Rs 99 per document as you go, or the subscription.
