In the Atndnz admin portal, create shifts like General 09:30 to 18:30, Late Evening 16:30 to 02:30, Early Morning 06:00 to 15:00. Set a grace period in minutes so a 9:31 check in for a 9:30 shift is marked on time. Each employee can be assigned multiple shifts.
Geofence per plant, cold store and pack house

Are PF and ESI applied correctly on payslips?
Yes. Offrd applies EPF at 12 percent employer plus 12 percent employee on the EPF base, and ESI at 3.25 percent employer plus 0.75 percent employee on gross wages where the employee is covered. Statutory toggles are set per employee.
Can we manage workers across multiple plants and pack houses under one account?
Yes. Add each plant, cold store and pack house as a location with its own latitude, longitude and geofence radius in metres. Attendance, letters and payslips stay tagged to the right unit.
