What Offrd handles for a processing plant

Letters, payroll and attendance for permanent, contract and seasonal workers, in a format an Indian compliance team can recognise on day one.

Shift attendance via QR or geofence

Workers check in by scanning a QR at the plant or pack house entrance, or via GPS within a geofence radius you set per location. Live timer, late tag if past shift start, paid by the second.

Offer, contract and joining letters

Generate from Default, Contract, Internship and V2 templates. Salary structure auto splits into Basic, HRA, DA, allowances, EPF, ESI and PT based on the state. Annexure II and III attach automatically.

Payslips with PF, ESI and PT applied

Excel style editor for the monthly cycle. Calendar Days or Working Days mode. Custom earning and deduction columns flow through. Send payslips by email in batches, or export CSV and EPF formats for your PF return.

Onboarding for seasonal intake

Three step wizard collects PAN, Aadhaar and bank details digitally with realtime verification. HR review queue with AI Validate flags unverified documents. Reference IDs in the format SEQUOR/2026/XXXX.

Records across plants and cold stores

Each location stores its own employee roster, geofence radius and shift setup. Move workers between units without losing letter history or payslip continuity.

Reports for ops and audit

Six built in reports including Attendance Log, Monthly Attendance, Field Work Attendance, Geofence and Leave Request. Export CSV. Time zone tagged for plants on different shifts.

Plant floor specifics, not generic HR

Features that earn their keep when you have permanent line workers, contract pack house staff and a couple of office people, all in one account.

Named shifts you actually run

In the Atndnz admin portal, create shifts like General 09:30 to 18:30, Late Evening 16:30 to 02:30, Early Morning 06:00 to 15:00. Set a grace period in minutes so a 9:31 check in for a 9:30 shift is marked on time. Each employee can be assigned multiple shifts.
