Three check-in modes, configured per company

Pick any combination. Office only, hybrid, or all three. Each mode has its own geofence settings.

Employees scan a stationery QR code at the entrance. The check-in is timestamped and logged against the saved office location.

Remote Work

Employees check in from wherever they are working. The radius is set independently from the office and field modes.

Mode 3

Field Work

Field staff select a service location and check in within a 500 metre radius. Useful for site engineers, sales, and delivery teams.

QR, GPS, and geofence check-ins

Three modes. QR for the office, GPS with a 500 metre rule for field staff, remote check-in for everyone else. Google Maps verifies coordinates before a punch is accepted.

Biometric device sync

Fingerprint and facial scanners feed the same back end as the mobile app. Biometric punches show up in the same dashboard and the same reports.

Named shift schedules

Create, edit, delete shifts like General 9:30 to 18:30, Late Evening, or Early Morning. Set a grace period in minutes. Late check-ins inside that window count as on time.

Live status and breaks

A live timer shows currently working, on break, or not working. Employees pause for a chosen break duration. Active work and break time are split for the day.

Holiday calendar

National holidays, regional holidays per state, and optional holidays. Filter by year and by office. The total holidays allowed counter is editable.

Employee roster and bulk import

Add staff one by one or upload a CSV. Each record carries location, reporting manager, work mode, and shift. Verified or unverified email status is shown per row.

Live dashboard

Today's log feed with employee ID, location, entry and exit gates, working hours. Per-location summary cards for IN and OUT counts. Hourly in/out chart with a location filter.

How do employees check in on Offrd?

How are shifts and grace periods configured?
HR sets named shifts in the admin portal, for example General 9:30 to 18:30, with start and end times. A grace period in minutes is configured separately. Check-ins inside the grace window are flagged on time, not late.
Does it manage holidays alongside attendance?
Yes. National, regional, and optional holidays are managed per location and per state. The holiday calendar is filterable by year and by office.
What does it cost?
Attendance is included in Offrd at Rs 50 per active employee per month, or as part of pay-per-document credits. Existing Offrd users get the attendance module free. The standalone product, Atndnz, is Rs 9 per employee per month in India.
