Why we built it this way

Most HR software is sized for large enterprises. Long sales cycles, configuration weeks, plan upgrades for every additional feature. That works when you have a dedicated HR team and an annual budget. It does not work when the founder is the HR team and the next offer letter has to go out by Friday.
