Jagitial became a district only in 2016, carved out of Karimnagar, and no MSME-DI profile has been written for it since. What we have instead are two named units from the state's own district industries centre listing, which is thinner than most pages in this project but genuine.

Deduct tax under section 192 every month, deposit it by the due date, and file the quarterly salary return so the deposits show against each employee permanent account number. Part A is generated from those filings, so a quarter filed late or with a wrong number produces a certificate that does not match what the employee sees on the tax portal.
Most of the correction work at companies in Telangana traces to permanent account numbers entered wrongly at joining. Collecting and verifying that in the joining kit is the cheap point to fix it.

Someone opens last month letter, changes the name and the salary, forgets to change the joining date, and sends a document with another employee details buried in the footer. That is the common failure, and it is a template problem, not a people problem.

A record of days worked, leave taken and days lost for each employee, kept as the month goes on. Under the state Shops and Establishments Act this sits alongside the wage register, and most states now accept it in digital form.
The record serves three purposes at once: the payslip, the contribution returns, and the leave balance that will be encashed when someone leaves. A single source for all three is the point.
